About

From pilot to production, responsibly

As part of AIMCo's enterprise transformation I helped build the modern data platform — Databricks, dbt, Soda, Atlan, Power BI — and shaped the data-mesh methodology that standardizes how we build and scale data products. Now I lead Velocity Lab, where we're using AI agents to collapse the friction in that delivery process itself: an orchestrator routing work to specialized agents, governance and human review built in from day one.

  • Building an agent orchestrator that routes delivery work to role-specialized agents — collapsing seven handover roles toward three, with every agent output reviewed by a human expert.
  • Took the lab's first agent to production with full security alignment in 2026.
